In this dynamic role, you will lead the development of the Early Learning program, combining creativity with clinical expertise to enhance children's lives from infancy to age 16. As part of a collaborative team, you will engage directly with families and children, creating a nurturing environment that prioritizes skill development and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-design innovative curricula for children with disabilities
• Conduct assessments to tailor programs to individual needs
• Lead group activities and family workshops
• Mentor and supervise fieldwork students from OT programs
• Collaborate with teams for program expansion and delivery
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with children with various needs
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster inclusion
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
