In this role at Alera Chiropractic & Wellness, you will deliver patient-centered care through comprehensive assessments and tailored rehabilitation strategies. Engage with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate integrated treatment plans, ensuring each patient receives thorough and effective support throughout their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough physical assessments for patient evaluation
• Develop and implement personalized movement and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver manual therapy and movement-based interventions
• Educate clients on self-management and preventive strategies
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
• Ontario-registered Physiotherapy degree
• Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment
• Excellent communication for client engagement
• Experience in chronic pain or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Commitment to ongoing learning and best practices
