Support patient health as a Temporary Lab Patient Technician  this part-time role, you will conduct vital specimen collection and interact directly with patients.

Life Labs is looking for a technician to perform essential functions, such as phlebotomies and patient preparation, ensuring every individual receives accurate care. Strong communication and the ability to manage complex situations will be integral to your success in this position. Candidates must exhibit flexibility to cover shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate patient greetings and provide clear specimen process information

• Carry out phlebotomy procedures and ECG tracings

• Handle special collections with required document completion

• Enhance client interactions through effective communication

• Execute specimen preparation for safe transportation

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred

• Phlebotomy background is an asset

• Experience with ECG technology is helpful

• Solid computer proficiency and typing skills of 40 wpm

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
