Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide treatment in acute and post-acute settings
• Efficiently manage and prioritize patient care needs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress
• Work collaboratively with the health care team for best outcomes
• Oversee Rehabilitation Assistants and mentor students
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Previous physiotherapy experience, especially in acute care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in health practices
