Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Document care activities using electronic health records
• Communicate resident needs and changes to clinical leads
• Assist with residents' nutritional support and meal services
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or as an internationally educated nurse
• Strong communication and team-based skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience in a senior living setting is an asset
