Part-Time Surgical Clinics Aide II

Become part of the Surgical Clinics team at Women’s College Hospital as a part-time Aide II. Focus on patient assistance and maintaining optimized clinical operations.

In this role, you will ensure a supportive environment by escorting patients, managing the flow of care, and prepping examination rooms. Collaborating with nurses and physicians, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction and safety standards across Surgical Services. Your organizational skills will ensure resources are stocked and available for procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Escort patients and facilitate their experience in clinics

• Ensure procedure rooms are ready and sterile

• Manage the supply inventory with precision

• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all clinical areas

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma essential

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical/ambulatory setting

• Preferred background in surgical clinics

• Strong customer service orientation

• Efficient in time management and problem-solving
