Position: Personal Support Worker Night Shift Role
Become a part of Wood Green as a Night Shift Personal Support Worker, assisting clients with daily activities and care needs. Work exclusively onsite at 1070 Queen Street East, focusing on client-centered services.

The PSW will provide personalized care ensuring clients feel supported and respected throughout the night. Strong teamwork and communication are necessary to coordinate with fellow staff while complying with safety and operational standards. Your keen understanding of daily living activities will enhance clients’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care tailored to individual needs

• Document and report on client care accurately

• Operate safely within health and safety guidelines

• Support clients in meal preparation and grocery management

• Assist in physical activities to promote well-being

Requirements:

• Valid PSW Certificate; NACC if applicable

• Minimum one year in personal care roles

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Physical capability for lifting and mobility tasks

• Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality
