Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out phlebotomy and ECG procedures effectively

• Conduct microbiology planting and sample processing

• Manage histology dispensing duties

• Participate in other lab disciplines as trained

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of Laboratory Assistant Technician Certificate

• At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience

• Certification from MLPAO or CSMLS/SCSLM

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of diversity and equity principles in healthcare
