This role is essential in providing a culturally competent interface with clients and families seeking mental health services. You will organize, plan, and manage various programs while ensuring that essential clinic functions remain orderly and efficient. Your contributions will directly support our team’s commitment to delivering high-quality, culturally aware mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute program scheduling and promotion
• Coordinate participant logistics and class setups
• Track program statistics and outcomes for reporting
• Manage daily administrative office responsibilities
• Support clinical processes during patient interactions
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in human services
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Background in health care or social services preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to empathize and understand client needs
