As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing one on one personalized care and support. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

We are currently looking to recruit 2-3 psws for a client who will be needing 24/7 support starting October 7th. We are looking for psws to pick up 12 hour shifts (days and nights available).

• Assist with morning and evening care routines

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands
  .
• Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
• Follow and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  .
• Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

• Personal Support Worker Certificate.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Covid vaccines.
• Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
