Reporting to the Vice President, Client Experience, we are hiring an Education Content Specialist. As our new Education Content Specialist, you will turn complex product information and training needs into clear, polished learning experiences across training decks, LMS courses, videos, and knowledge base content. You will own assignments from the initial brief through review and publication, building your understanding of OceanMD as you go and working closely with subject matter experts and the Product Workflow, Training & Change Management teams to create content that is accurate, practical, and easy to apply.

You will bring curiosity to how technology works, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and learning needs.

This is a full-time hybrid role requiring you to work from our Toronto office two to three days per week.

Creative autonomy. You will have the opportunity to dig into the details of technology and apply your ideas about how learning content can be made more engaging. You will have meaningful freedom to shape what and how we teach. Rather than simply executing a content plan, you will bring your own ideas for courses, videos and other learning assets that make OceanMD easier to understand and use.

End-to-end ownership and diverse portfolio impact. You will make an impact building a versatile portfolio that scales user adoption across the Canadian healthtech landscape. You will drive learning initiatives from initial brief to publication, designing and deploying end-to-end educational experiences. You will work across courses, video, training materials, webinars and knowledge content, with the opportunity to take on different projects as business needs change.

One month you may be building a course; the next, you may be supporting a custom training session or creating a new video asset.

Accelerated expertise at the forefront of digital health innovation. You will turn complex EMR-integrated tools into accessible knowledge, establishing yourself as a key expert in digital health workflows without requiring prior healthcare experience. • Create engaging learning experiences. You will develop LMS courses, video content, training decks, webinar materials, and knowledge base articles, adapting the format, structure, visuals, and level of detail to the audience and learning need. You will bring both strong visual judgment and strong writing skills to content that needs to be polished, clear, and easy to use.
• Turn technical concepts into clear direction. You will translate complex product information into meaningful, practical explanations and instructions. You will ask questions, investigate…
