Reporting to the Academic Program Manager, you will facilitate registrant engagement and provide essential resources for healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has experience within health human resources and local knowledge of Northern Ontario communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely support to community registrants on inquiries
• Connect registrants with resources and community support
• Moderate engagement and enhance collaboration in the online community
• Build relationships with healthcare employers and stakeholders
• Implement outreach strategies to boost registrant interaction
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience in program coordination
• Preference for Northern Ontario residents
• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment strategies
• Proven success in managing online communities
