Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans

• Implement therapy interventions based on assessments

• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated service

• Document treatment plans and progress thoroughly

• Support quality improvement initiatives in client care

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

• Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Compassionate and self-driven with strong management skills

• Proficient in electronic documentation

• Valid Driver’s License with vehicle access
