Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing calls swiftly

• Assist with paging support staff and physicians

• Locate on-call staff per departmental protocols

• Provide batteries and manage pager sign-outs

• Help orient and train new telecommunications staff

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Avaya phone systems in healthcare

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Organizational skills to manage busy workloads

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and keyboarding
