Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Unregulated Care Providers (UCP) to join their compassionate team. In this role, you will adhere to care plans while delivering personal care and support to residents. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring and reporting on resident conditions to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an inter-professional team using a person-centered approach

• Adhere to care plans and document resident care accurately

• Support resident transfers and assist with ambulation

• Provide medication administration per compliance standards

• Maintain confidentiality while responding to resident concerns

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience in community health with seniors

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting
