Behaviour Analyst for Children at MGH

As a key member of the Extensive Needs Service, you will deliver vital assessments and interventions to children experiencing complex challenges. This role requires extensive experience in behaviour analytic services, particularly with youth facing neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. Training and supervision of behavior technicians will be vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trauma-informed assessments for children and youth
• Develop and implement intensive behaviour interventions
• Train and supervise behaviour technicians effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Offer parent coaching for behaviour analytic strategies
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in health profession specializing in ABA
• Registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
• Two years of clinical experience in behaviour analysis
• Credentialed in Skills-Based Treatment or willing to be
• Strong knowledge of neurodevelopmental and mental health issues
