Personal Support Worker in Home Care

Provide compassionate personal support as a Personal Support Worker in private homes and residential settings. This role focuses on client care, mobility assistance, and daily living activities.

In this position, you will support clients with daily needs, including bathing, grooming, and medication management. The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience working with elderly or disabled individuals and must effectively communicate and solve problems. Flexibility in working hours is essential as shifts may vary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with mobility and daily activities

• Provide companionship and ensure client safety

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience

• Certification in Caregiver Training or equivalent

• Standard First Aid/CPR certification required
