About the Role

The Gym Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the fitness areas, ensuring guests experience a serene and luxurious environment. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and adherence to the high service standards synonymous with leading luxury hospitality brands.

This contract position will take place from January 2026 to April 2026.

What You Will Do

Greet guests warmly, providing information about gym services and facilities.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Enforce fitness centre guidelines courteously to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all fitness spaces.

Replenish amenities such as towels, amenities, and refreshments regularly.

Ensure all equipment is functioning properly; report any maintenance needs promptly.

Assist in setting up and breaking down for fitness sessions as needed.

Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.

Handle lost and found items according to established policies.

Ability to operate fitness equipment safely and assist guests with its use.

Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field

The hourly wage for this role is $24.84 per hour.

Hours:

Successful candidates possess open availability and able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This contract position will take place from January 2026 to April 2026.
