Position: Recruiter - AMER Go-To-Market (6-month contract)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Americas (US/Canada/LATAM). In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and related Go-To-Market teams. You’ll be expected to continuously improve processes, deliver measurable outcomes, and champion the use of AI and innovative recruiting tools to attract top talent.
We are excited to have you onboard in January as the contract will go through end of July 2026 and may continue beyond that date, pending performance expectations are maintained throughout the contract term, along with the recruitment activity demand.
Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partner: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across the Americas, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative, data-driven recruitment solutionsAdvanced Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels—including AI-powered platforms, social media, events, and referrals—to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality GTM talentFull-Cycle Recruitment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Set the standard for process excellence, speed, and qualityContinuous Improvement: Regularly analyze recruiting metrics, gather stakeholder as well as team feedback to experiment with new tools and approaches to optimize outcomes. Lead or contribute to projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency wherever possibleData-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies, track pipeline health, and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersEmployer Branding: Actively promote our employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships, highlighting our culture, growth opportunities, and commitment to innovationCompliance & Best Practices

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standardsMinimum Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, sales strategy & operations) in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailAdvanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, Linked In Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools. If you have experience using Eightfold, that too is a plusStrong stakeholder management and consulting skills; able to influence and build trust with hiring managers and senior leadersDemonstrated experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomesGrowth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and staying ahead of recruiting trendsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). Certifications or ongoing learning in recruiting/AI tools are a plus
