A mission-driven Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations in a collaborative, rural healthcare environment. Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO
, this leader will drive organizational development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives to support a high-performance culture.

What Youll Lead

✔ Recruitment, onboarding & retention strategies
✔ Employee relations, coaching & performance management
✔ Labor law compliance & HR policy oversight
✔ Compensation, benefits & HR reporting functions
✔ Workforce planning & leadership support initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management, or equivalent experience

3+ years of HR leadership in a healthcare setting

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
