As a Success Factors EC Payroll / SAP Payroll Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients and lead them in the implementation of their SAP Payroll module. This will include activities such as: assisting clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF and SAP on premise as well as cloud solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the future HR and Payroll processes of our top national and international clients.

You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of your role. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

• Certified in SAP HR Payroll / Success Factors Payroll - 5+ yrs of project experience in end-to-end SAP payroll implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or Success Factors ECP).
• Hands-on expertise in testing, documentation, and payroll result analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in client facing lead roles
• Adept in Payroll project activity planning
• Experience in Success Factors Employee Central and Time management (nice to have)

• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and processes (SAP HCM or Success Factors ECP).
• Experience on end-to-end client facing SAP payroll implementations on more than one project
