The Director, Human Resources Operations will be key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and executing people strategies that drive operational excellence, talent growth, and organizational scalability. This role will oversee the full scope of HR operations—including systems, payroll, total rewards, compliance, and analytics—while leading transformative initiatives in talent development, leadership capability, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will be both a strategic leader and an operational builder, with the ability to create robust, technology-enabled HR solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance, and sustainability across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership- Partner with the executive team to align HR operations strategy with business objectives, ensuring scalable, efficient, and people-centered systems and processes.
- Lead the ongoing evolution of HR infrastructure, policies, and programs that strengthen organizational capability and enable brand success.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement across HR functions.
- Lead the initiative to expand hiring internationally, including developing global recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and building partnerships in new markets.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to design processes that global scalability and a diverse workforce.
- Support strategic initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment, and internal mobility to attract and retain top talent across brands.
- Create and enterprise-wide talent assessment processes that identify high-potential talent and support individualized development plans.
- Establish a clear succession planning framework for key roles across brands and functions, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness for future growth.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to build robust career pathways and promote internal mobility.
- Oversee the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards programs—including compensation, benefits, and recognition—ensuring equity, competitiveness, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
- Continuously evaluate and evolve the employee experience, supporting engagement, performance, and well-being initiatives across the organization.
- Own health and safety initiatives as part of compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management to ensure a positive, transparent, and legally compliant workplace.
- Lead the development of people analytics and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on performance, retention, engagement, and organizational health.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership to inform workforce and talent decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within multi-brand, service, or global organizations.
- Expertise in HR operations, systems, and process optimization.
- Proven track record in talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and people leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of influencing and partnering effectively across senior levels.
