• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and CHRP Designation
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least some experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
