About the Company

Our client operates global markets and builds digital communities and analytic solutions that facilitate the funding, growth, and success of businesses, traders, and investors.

• This is a newly created role within a growing HR Operations and Workforce Analytics team.
• While focused on specific hands‑on configuration, the incumbent will have full autonomy with HCM configuration and act as a primary technical consultant for internal stakeholders, including Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
• The incumbent will oversee Workday enhancements, manage project timelines, and provide tier 2 support for end users. This role requires building strong relationships across various HR business functions (Centers of Excellence) to ensure system alignment with organizational strategy.
• This position follows a hybrid model requiring 2 to 3 days per week in a downtown Toronto office.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience with the Workday HCM module.

  Expertise in at least one of the following:
  Time Tracking, Compensation, Report Writer, Absence, or Calculated Fields.
• Support: Proven experience providing tier‑2 support for end users and configuration.
• Communication: Very strong communication skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residency: You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada.

• Workday HCM Certification.
• Domain Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of different CoE functions in HR business operations.

$110,000 per year

Compensation details:
