You'll be an integral part of maintaining our culture and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing
• Create and refine interview processes for technical roles
• Maintain a proactive candidate pool in Toronto
• Develop success metrics for recruitment efforts
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate messaging
Requirements:
• 5+ years of specialized recruiting experience
• Proven ability to close senior technical hires
• Familiarity with data engineering and related technologies
• Strong analytics-focused recruiting mindset
• Excellent written communication and outreach skills
