• Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for key markets
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across platforms
• Write tailored outreach for engaging passive candidates
• Work on role calibration with recruiters for clear expectations
• Track and analyze sourcing data to improve strategies
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in technical sourcing or similar role
• Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and AI sourcing tools
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
