In this exceptional entry-level role, you will kickstart your career by learning the ins and outs of US, Canadian, and global benefit programs under the direct mentorship of seasoned experts. If you have an AI-first mindset, a passion for data accuracy, and the drive to grow rapidly within a fast-paced, market-leading tech company, your journey starts right here.
The Day-to-DayPower the Basics: Assist with the routine administration of US and Canadian benefits like health, dental, vision, 401(k), and RRSP, supporting seamless onboarding and open enrollment logistics.
Navigate Leaves with Care: Learn and support leave of absence administration (e.g., US FMLA/STD, Canadian provincial leaves) and workplace accommodations by meticulously logging files, tracking timelines, and coordinating essential documentation.
Be the First Point of Care: Act as the warm, empathetic frontline contact for routine employee benefit questions, providing stellar care or escalating complex queries to senior team members.
Master the Details: Cross-check monthly carrier billing statements against our HRIS (Dayforce) data to ensure pinpoint accuracy in enrollment numbers and payroll deductions.
Leverage the Future: Embrace an AI-first mindset by utilizing modern tools to streamline data entry, draft crystal-clear employee communications, and supercharge your daily task management.
Champion Global Wellness: Support our Senior Specialist with international data projects while actively organizing and drafting communications for engaging, company-wide health and wellbeing initiatives.
The Foundation: You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, paired with up to 1 year of experience (recent grads and co-op/internship superstars are highly encouraged to apply!).
Data Wizardry: You boast solid comfort with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, easily navigating basic formulas, PIVOT/VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and data formatting with strong numerical accuracy.
