Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with managers on comprehensive recruitment plans
• Sustain relationships with potential candidates and talent pools
• Supervise the complete candidate experience, ensuring smooth onboarding
• Discover exceptional candidates through innovative sourcing
• Participate in recruiting events to highlight our clinics
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related area
• 5-7 years in recruitment focusing on healthcare roles
• Active pursuit of CHRL/CHRP certification
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and systems
