Position: Total Rewards Administration Coordinator
Take on a vital role as the Total Rewards Administration Coordinator at Great Canadian Entertainment, facilitating employee benefits and compensation administration. This position supports a diverse work environment across several provinces.

Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, you will be integral in managing numerous initiatives related to team member perks, benefits, and compensation documentation. This role involves collaborating with various teams, processing invoices, and maintaining organizational hierarchies in the HCMS. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance and efficiency in all Total Rewards functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer benefits and compensation programs for employees

• Support payroll and maintain accurate compensation records

• Prepare communication materials for team members

• Conduct audits of team member data for accuracy

• Maintain the Total Rewards content and resources online

Requirements:

• Educational background in HR, business, or finance

• At least 2 years' experience in total rewards or payroll

• Familiarity with HCMS or similar data systems

• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on details
