As a key contributor at Baycrest, you will be involved in advancing the administration and analytics of compensation and benefits initiatives. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will engage with HR partners and operational leaders while supporting Baycrest's strategic objectives. Your organizational and analytical skills will ensure alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day benefits and compensation administration
• Collaborate on sick leave programs with HR and safety teams
• Facilitate the annual compensation review processes
• Analyze trends and deliver insightful data presentations
• Coordinate annual benchmarking surveys for compensation
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
• Proficient in data analysis and HRIS systems
• Familiarity with compensation-related legislation
• Preferred HR certifications like CPP or CEBS
