Director of Human Resources at Ice Cream Division

Become the Senior Director of Human Resources at Nestlé's Ice Cream division located in North York, ON. Lead strategic HR initiatives focused on talent, culture, and organizational success.

In this newly created role, you will work with the President and the Ice Cream Leadership Team to cultivate a strong people-focused culture. Your responsibilities include directing HR functions, managing employee and labour relations, and improving organizational performance through data-driven insights. The position balances strategic leadership with hands-on implementation in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on organizational effectiveness and culture building

• Develop the Canadian People Strategy and HR alignment

• Lead talent management and succession planning efforts

• Administer labour relations strategies including collective bargaining

• Oversee payroll, wellness, and core HR processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related

• 12+ years of HR leadership experience

• Strong background in unionized operations

• Experience leading change initiatives

• Ability to influence at all organizational levels
