Compensation: Starting $45,000.00

The People Experience Representative serves as a welcoming first point of contact for our teams, customers, suppliers and guests, creating a positive, people-first impression through professional interactions, clear communications and seamless administrative support.

• Create a welcoming reception experience, greeting visitors, managing sign-in and directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate people.
• Prepare and distribute internal and select external communications, including newsletters, announcements and company updates, aligned with our culture and values.
• Maintain current information across bulletin boards, digital communication channels and employee resources.
• Coordinate meetings, interviews and onboarding activities, including scheduling, materials and room preparation.
• Support employee events, recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen connection and workplace culture.
• Provide administrative support to the People & Performance team, maintaining accurate documentation, organised records and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• A warm, approachable manner and a strong service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• The ability to stay organised, manage priorities and respond to changing needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Initiative, a collaborative approach and an enthusiasm for supporting people and workplace culture.
