Labour Relations & HR Operations Coordinator
March of Dimes Canada is seeking a Labour Relations Coordinator to provide administrative support for labour relations, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and SharePoint updates. You will assist with collective bargaining, reporting, and HR projects to drive efficient People & Culture operations.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to work in a hybrid environment. Salary: 50k–55k CAD; 35 hours weekly; in-office 3 days.
