Your role as a People Generalist will involve supporting the entire employee lifecycle while coordinating people initiatives tailored to specific business needs. You will address employee inquiries, enhance employee engagement, and utilize data insights to drive important decisions impacting workplace culture. Collaborate with managers for effective onboarding and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and support employee life-cycle processes
• Coordinate HR initiatives affecting business units
• Assist manager and employee relations processes
• Organize training and follow up on employee development
• Analyze metrics for continuous improvement in HR
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR experience as a generalist
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Strong analytical skills for HR reporting
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
