As HR Technician, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer administration, and onboarding support
• Build strong relationships with employees through regular floor presence and day-to-day support
• Respond to employee inquiries, document concerns, and escalate matters appropriately when required
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, crew meetings, recognition programs, community outreach activities, and workplace events
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, reports, and data within HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Support onboarding activities, training coordination, employee communications, and HR projects
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and strengthen workplace culture

You're a natural fit for HR Technician if you have:

• A certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of HR experience gained through a co-op, internship, or entry-level HR position
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or HR administration activities
• Exposure to a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment is considered an asset
• Must be available to work on-site five days per week and accommodate a flexible schedule, including occasional off shifts, based on operational needs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, approachable, confident, and service-oriented communication style
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new HR systems
