As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for the complete recruiting strategy, focusing on schools and student relationships. You will facilitate the intern and new-graduate hiring processes while using data to refine the recruitment funnel. Your focus will be on ensuring quality interactions and fostering long-term partnerships with educational entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement the university recruiting strategy
• Manage intern, co-op, and new-grad recruitment cycles
• Develop partnerships with student and academic organizations
• Collaborate with engineering managers on candidate evaluations
• Monitor funnel metrics to ensure improvement
Requirements:
