People & Culture Advisor at Eckler

Eckler is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to foster employee relations and guide recruitment. Partner with leadership teams to enhance talent management and organizational change.

As an integral part of the team, you'll advise on employee relations and collaborate on performance management initiatives. With at least five years of HR experience in a business partner role, your strategic insights will enhance employee engagement. This role is designed for an innovative HR professional eager to develop inclusive practices within an engaging hybrid workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding including candidate assessments

• coach managers on workplace accommodations and policies

• Collaborate with leaders on succession and performance management

• Develop strategies for inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility

• Utilize feedback and engagement data for talent initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field

• Five or more years in HR or People & Culture roles

• Experience with multi-provincial employment standards

• Strong HR technology and AI application knowledge

• Certification in HR management preferred
