• Implement advanced sourcing techniques using Linked In Recruiter
• Collaborate on warm candidate transitions with recruiting teams
• Monitor market trends to guide sourcing efforts
Requirements:
• 5+ years of recruitment experience in high-velocity sectors
• Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week
• Proficiency in advanced talent sourcing techniques
• Skilled in handling ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong understanding of technology and SaaS markets
