Reporting to the Executive Director, HR & OE, you will play a critical role in leading HR operations and managing a dedicated team. This position emphasizes the importance of strategic workforce planning and compliance with employment legislation while executing innovative HR solutions within a global context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct core HR operations and develop talent strategies
• Lead the implementation of HRIS for efficiency
• Oversee compensation structures and total rewards
• Accountable for employer brand evolution and attraction
• Ensure legal compliance and manage global mobility
Requirements:
• 5 to 7+ years in senior HR positions
• 10 to 15 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS projects and frameworks
• Knowledge of Ontario employment regulation
