Key Responsibilities:

• Guide recruitment strategies and staffing processes

• Oversee performance review processes and training implementations

• Manage employee advocacy and conflict resolution initiatives

• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits administration

• Advise management on HR policy implementations

Requirements:

• Minimum of six years in human resources, with three as HRBP

• Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources or comparable experience

• HR certification (CHRP) considered a strong asset

• Proficient in MS Office and analytical thinking

• Must exhibit strong leadership and effective communication skills
