Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Associate in the Toronto and Mississauga areas. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and improving our ATS processes.

We are seeking a hands-on professional with 3-5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to optimize recruitment for various business needs. This individual-contributor role emphasizes stakeholder partnership and sourcing for both active and passive candidates across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews effectively

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future needs

• Support employer branding through active Linked In presence

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in full-cycle Talent Acquisition

• Experience with Oracle ATS is an asset

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
