• Manage the complete recruiting process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source candidates using diverse and innovative recruitment techniques
• Advise clients on market trends to enhance recruitment approaches
• Develop strategies for building candidate pipelines effectively
• Leverage data to update leaders on hiring status and results
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and collaborating on recruitment
• Experience with Workday is advantageous
• Proficient in sourcing via Linked In and similar tools
• Ability to create and update talent maps
