As Vice President, this role holds executive responsibility for crafting and executing the Canadian people strategy aligned with both regional and global objectives. The successful candidate will advise senior leaders on organizational matters while overseeing a comprehensive HR portfolio that includes talent strategy and organizational change. Your expertise will drive growth and transformation throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a Canadian people strategy aligned with business goals
• Advise executives on workforce and leadership capabilities
• Oversee HR programs across multiple provinces
• Lead talent reviews and strategic workforce planning
• Integrate HR practices to meet regional legislative requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership
• Experience at the Vice President or comparable level
• Background in organizational design and change management
• Proven partnership with senior leaders
• Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation
