The contract for this People Soft Functional/QA Lead position starts on January 4, 2027, and ends on October 5, 2027. You will leverage extensive functional knowledge in People Soft HCM to guide teams through project life cycles, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical objectives.
Your role will require leading functional testing and utilizing your strong HR and Payroll business function knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project analysis, design, and configuration
• Oversee functional and system integration testing
• Guide teams in onboarding and benefits enrollment
• Manage performance and load testing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to QA principles and methodologies
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Functional Lead
• 5+ years in QA roles
• Strong People Soft HCM experience (9.2+)
• Expertise in HR & Payroll functions
• Hands-on with People Soft modules
