Lead payroll operations across Canada and the U.S. with Mecka AI as a Global Payroll Manager. Ensure timely payments and effective benefits administration while enhancing global HR infrastructure.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processes, including multi-state and multi-provincial payroll calculations for employees in both countries. You'll also administer competitive benefits programs and leverage partnerships with payroll providers to support a growing workforce. Attention to detail and process improvement are key aspects of this role, as you’ll need to balance daily execution with strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for Canada and the U.S.

• Coordinate international payroll through local providers

• Ensure compliance with tax remittances and filings

• Administer diverse benefits programs and renewals

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in payroll and benefits management

• Direct experience with payroll in Canada and the U.S.

• Strong grasp of all payroll laws in both regions

• Experience with payroll vendors and service management

• High attention to detail and deadline-oriented
