The Compensation and Benefits Specialist role focuses on overseeing PHO's compensation administration, salary structuring, and pay equity compliance. You will leverage market research and organizational data to inform key decisions and develop strategic advice. Being a trusted resource for all stakeholders, you will help ensure that compensation programs align with legislative mandates and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual compensation cycles and meritorious adjustments
• Administer salary structures per guidelines and agreements
• Evaluate jobs and maintain compliance with pay equity
• Manage benefits program enrolments and escalated issues
• Provide data-driven advice on compensation complexities
Requirements:
• 7+ years in related roles in a unionized environment
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or in progress
• Strong analytical skills and HRIS proficiency
• High attention to detail with data interpretation
• Familiarity with legislation relevant to compensation
