Become a Workplace Conciliator with CIBC in Toronto, where your skills in conflict resolution and investigations will help foster a respectful workplace. This hybrid role allows for impactful employee relations work while balancing remote and on-site work.
In this critical role within the Global Employee Relations team, you’ll independently assess workplace conflicts, provide solutions, and manage sensitive investigations. Your responsibilities will include conducting impartial investigations into various workplace matters like discrimination and harassment while delivering pragmatic recommendations to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess workplace concerns for appropriate resolution approaches
• Lead impartial investigations into workplace conflicts
• Gather and synthesize evidence from interviews and documents
• Partner with Human Resources and Legal on sensitive matters
• Document investigation findings and case materials
Requirements:
• Experience in workplace conflict resolution
• Strong critical thinking and detail-oriented skills
• Proactive approach in sensitive matters
• Fluency in French and English
• Background in high-risk workplace environments
