The Technology Partner position serves as the SPOC for Global Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience. You will establish demand intake frameworks, craft business cases, and ensure effective vendor management. This role is crucial for driving the technological roadmap that aligns with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic liaison for HR leadership
• Develop structured demand intake and prioritization frameworks
• Collaborate in drafting RFPs, SOWs, and contracts
• Partner with technology leads to define HR solutions
• Define and track post-implementation performance metrics
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business technology partnering or IT management
• Strong experience with Workday HCM, ATS, and LMS
• Proven financial acumen in business case development
• Direct vendor management experience
• Established background in governance and leadership
