Human Resources Manager Non-Profit Ontario

As an experienced HR Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and lead initiatives in people services, labour relations, and employee engagement. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex people matters with professionalism and care, impacting both employees and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes

• Advise on employee relations and HR policies effectively

• Investigate workplace complaints and manage conflict resolution

• Oversee HR programs, benefits administration, and SOPs

• Champion an inclusive culture through training and engagement

Requirements:

• 3+ years HR experience with a university degree or 5+ years with a diploma

• HR experience in a unionized environment is mandatory

• Knowledge of Ontarios labour laws and HR frameworks

• CHRP designation is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
