Position: Employee Success Coordinator at Tulip
Become a key part of Tulip’s culture as an Employee Success Coordinator. This role focuses on enhancing HR operations through onboarding, process improvement, and systems administration.

Tulip is seeking an Employee Success Coordinator to support people and culture initiatives. Gain invaluable HR experience while managing day-to-day operations via BambooHR and facilitating employee onboarding. You will improve policies and ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining employee records and handling HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Employee Success processes organization-wide

• Manage daily Employee Success operations through BambooHR

• Administer employee perks and benefits programs

• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientations

• Maintain and update internal Employee Success documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in HR coordination or similar administrative role

• Fluency in French and knowledge of Quebec legislation is an asset

• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
